To ensure a smooth pickup and delivery experience with us, please read the following guidelines. Both services are currently only
available in Windhoek.
Pickup Guidelines
All pickup orders must be paid for in full using the provided
DPO payment method, before collection.
Once your payment is successful, you will receive a payment confirmation and order receipt via email.
You will be required to present your emailed receipt (on your phone or printed copy), when collecting your order.
Upon confirmation of order availability, you can pick up your order from 2PM until 4PM in Soweto, Claudius Kandovazu Street (side of Ashipena Secondary School).
Delivery Guidelines
Our delivery service operates from 6AM until 8PM at a flat rate of N$40 across Windhoek.
Orders to be delivered can be paid for using the DPO online card payment or with cash upon delivery. We do not accept wallet (EFT) payments upon delivery.
We offer free delivery on Sundays from 5PM until 7PM and daily when your order exceeds N$800.
Weekly Delivery Schedule:
6AM - 8AM (on weekends)
10AM - 12PM (variable)
5PM - 8PM (available daily)
